As a KEY HOLDER at Claire’s, you will support your Store Manager with the following:
· Driving and achieving retail store targets.
· Agreeing daily priorities and overseeing day to day activity.
· Inspiring your store team to drive sales and deliver the finest level of customer service.
· Ensuring your store is well merchandised and commercially correct.
· Keeping the store running smoothly.
· Responsible for opening and closing when the store manager and assistant manager are not present.


Sales associate and managerial level functions. Must be able to take charge of the store when necessary. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent and 1-2 years of related experience. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Typically reports to the store manager.

About the Job
Part time 3rd key is responsible for assisting the manager in running the store successfully. You open and close the store. You have strong customer service skills. You are responsible for merchandising and loss prevention. You also learn how to ear pierce. Ear Piercing is a huge part of the business
