Sales Associate Primary Responsibilities:

*Results - Achieve/Exceed individual sales plan by creating an emotional connection with customers. Leverage reporting tools to track individual results and identify areas of opportunity.

*People and Culture - Create an inspirational and motivating work environment that reflects the integrity of the brand. Collaborate with fellow Associates to foster teamwork.

*Customer Experience - Spend 100% of the time on the sales floor. Ensure every aspect of the Sunglass Hut Experience is impeccably executed. Make simple and fast decisions in the best interest of our customers.

*Brand Building - Build the Sunglass Hut brand by consistently executing the brand standards. Be adept at knowing the product and staying current on the new merchandise and fashion trends.

*Retail Excellence - Impeccably execute all the operational policies and procedures, maintaining brand standards. Properly execute all promotions, contests, and incentives.

Job Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Customer service and/or retail experience is preferred.

Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

*Experience needed, bilingual preferred

*Responsible to open and close the store! Be able to work with a team and independently.

*Know how to coach and develop and hold associates accountable!
