Supervises, guides and audits day-to-day activities of the store and its employees.

Ensures the store is managed efficiently and professionally all the time.

Trains, guides and delegates responsibilities to staff personal.

Pursues sales growth

Strives to meet or exceeds daily, weekly and monthly sales plan.

Maintains and enforces company standards in regards to selling, customer services, merchandising, loss prevention and operational activities.

Customer service, merchandising, loss prevention and operational activities.

Exemplify high standards of moral conduct.

Achieve personal and store sales goals by applying sound customer service and sales protocol.

Maintain a positive and constructive communication with the staff.

Become familiar with products, brands and prices and make recommendations of products, including their features and benefits, to suit customers' needs.


Two years retail experience in a competitive selling environment.

One year retail management experience required

Bi-lingual Spanish a plus.


Previous leadership and customer service preferred.

Ability to work well as a team leader and team member.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Sales and goal-oriented.

Must be computer literate.


Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time, up to 8 hours a day.

Lifting up to 20 lbs. without assistance.

Bending, rotating, and reaching conducive to a retail environment and to receiving, pricing and stocking merchandise.
