Redefine Meals was founded by Long Island locals Matthew Riss and Mark Ciaburri in 2016. The company has since grown to twenty-nine grab-and-go retail store locations and an e-commerce platform that delivers to Suffolk County, Nassau County, NYC and Westchester County.
